Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and IxiJob. Creating an account or using the app means you accept them. They are written to be understood on the first read; if something is unclear, write and it will be explained.

IxiJob is operated by Luis Cieza, an individual based in Peru, reachable at luis.cieza.silva@gmail.com.

What IxiJob is today

IxiJob analyses job offers, tailors your CV to them, talks with you to find experience your CV does not show, and rehearses interviews for a specific offer.

It is in beta and it is free. Nothing is charged, no payment provider is connected, and you cannot be charged by accident. Features have monthly allowances, shown on the pricing page, and those may change while the beta lasts.

Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • One account per person. Do not create several to get around the allowances.
  • The professional data you upload has to be your own. Uploading someone else’s CV without their permission is not allowed.

What you write stays yours

Your profile, your CV, the offers you save and whatever you say in a coaching session are yours. IxiJob claims no ownership of them.

Using it grants permission only for what running the service requires: storing it, showing it back to you, and sending it to the AI provider that generates the results you asked for. Nothing else. Your content is not used to train models, not sold, and not shared for advertising.

The privacy policy sets out what is sent where.

What the AI produces is not verified fact

Scores, offer analyses, tailored CVs and coaching replies are generated by a language model. It can be wrong, misread an offer, or word something imprecisely.

The match score estimates your fit against what the offer asks for. It does not predict whether you will be hired, and nobody can promise you that.

Always read a tailored CV before sending it. You are the one answering for what it says in front of an employer, and the one sitting in the interview.

IxiJob is built not to invent experience you never gave it. If you ever see it do that, write in: it is a bug, not a feature.

Acceptable use

Do not use IxiJob to:

  • Upload other people’s personal data without their consent.
  • Generate false claims about your experience in order to mislead an employer.
  • Scrape data automatically, reverse-engineer the service, or work around the allowances.
  • Resell its output as a service of your own.
  • Anything illegal where you are, or anything that degrades the service for other people.

Availability, and the fact that this is a beta

There is no availability commitment. The service may be interrupted, change what it does, or stop existing, and since it is free there is no guarantee of continuity.

If IxiJob were going to shut down, notice would be sent by email with reasonable time for you to export your CV and your data. Exporting a CV is something you can already do today, whenever you want.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using IxiJob whenever you like. To delete your account and everything attached to it, write to the contact address: requests are handled manually.

An account may be suspended if it breaches acceptable use or if its activity puts the service at risk. If that happens, you will be told why.

Liability

IxiJob is provided "as is", with no warranty that its output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for damages arising from using the service, including decisions you make based on what it generates, or for job opportunities you did not get.

None of this limits consumer rights the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date in the header will be updated and notice will be given in the app. Continuing to use IxiJob after a change means you accept it.

If the change were to start charging, nothing would be charged to you without asking you for a payment explicitly first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
